Your organization approves every sponsor ask and collects admissions, concessions and sponsor funds directly. CCR charges a fixed fee, not a percentage.

- You receive a break-even plan first. If you move forward, you choose a fixed-price rental package and the level of planning support you need. Your organization controls wristbands, concessions and sponsor requests and keeps 100% of what it collects.
- How much should we charge for wristbands?
- A $15 presale and $20 at the door fits most school and church nights around Swansea. Go to $20 presale and $25 at the door when foam and the bumper zone are both on the field.
- How many people do we need for it to work?
- At a $1,295 rental package and $20 wristbands, the rental-only break-even point is 65 paid wristbands. Add the $495 Fundraiser Builder and the working cost is $1,790, or 90 paid wristbands before other expenses. Your free plan uses your own expected attendance.
- Do you take a cut of ticket sales?

- What if our venue has insurance or vendor requirements?
- Send the venue's exact requirements before booking. We will review the requested setup and confirm in writing whether it can be accepted and what documentation is available.
