Carolina Funraiser Nights
Fundraiser events in Swansea, SC. Turn fun into funds.
We bring the attractions. You bring the crowd. Your event can help pay for itself.
Three steps
How a Funraiser Night runs
No ticket counting at every attraction, no volunteer stuck babysitting a blower.
1. You pick a date and a price
Tell us the crowd you expect and where you are setting up. We size the package and help you land on a wristband price that fits your community.
2. We bring the whole event
Delivery, setup, staffing, safety and teardown. You get a layout for your field or gym, a flyer template and a sponsor sheet to send out.
3. You keep every dollar collected
Admissions, concessions, sponsors, vendor spaces and raffles all stay with your organization. Our price never moves with your gate.

Wristbands beat tickets
One price, unlimited play
Per-attraction tickets slow every line down and cap what a family will spend. A wristband gets decided once, at the gate.
Standard night
$15 presale · $20 at the event
Fits most school and church nights in our area. Families expect to pay less than a movie ticket for a couple hours of play.
Premium night
$20 presale · $25 at the event
Use this when foam and the bumper zone are both on the field, or when the event runs four hours or longer.
Presales do two jobs: money in the account before you owe us anything, and an early read on attendance while there is still time to promote harder.
Sponsors
Get the package paid for before the gate opens
Three attraction sponsors usually cover most of a night. We hand you the sheet and the email to send.

Fundraiser questions
- How does a fundraiser event work?
- You book a turnkey package at a fixed price. We deliver, set up, staff and tear down the attractions. Your organization sells unlimited play wristbands, concessions and sponsorships, and keeps 100% of what it collects.
- How much should we charge for wristbands?
- A $15 presale and $20 at the door fits most school and church nights around Swansea. Go to $20 presale and $25 at the door when foam and the bumper zone are both on the field.
- How many people do we need for it to work?
- About 75 paying kids makes a standard night worth running. At a $1,295 package and $20 wristbands you break even at 65 bands, and sponsors can cover most of the package before the gate even opens.
- Do you take a cut of ticket sales?
- No. We charge one fixed package price so your fundraiser total is yours no matter how the night goes. Every wristband, concession and sponsor dollar stays with your organization.
- Do you provide insurance for our venue?
- Yes. We carry $1M liability coverage and can name your school, district, church or property manager as additional insured. Ask for the certificate when you book.
