Attractions that bring a paying crowd to your business

This is the same format churches and schools use, minus the fundraising language. You book the attractions at a fixed price, advertise a family day, and either sell wristbands at the gate or use the crowd to move whatever you already sell. Either way the attractions are a line item with a return, not a marketing expense you hope pays off.

Who this works for

Any business with parking, grass or a lot and a reason to get families on the property.

  • Car dealerships running a weekend sales event
  • Apartment communities on a resident appreciation day or a leasing push
  • Shopping centers and strip malls building foot traffic on a slow Saturday
  • Farm markets, pumpkin patches and u-pick operations
  • Restaurants and breweries with an outdoor lot
  • Sports organizations at registration or opening day
  • Event venues adding a family day to the calendar

Two ways to make the money back

Ticketed: advertise a family day with a $15 kids wristband. Two hundred wristbands on a $1,500 package leaves $1,500 in gross margin plus whatever people spend inside.

Traffic driver: skip the gate price entirely and use the attractions to hold families on the property for two hours instead of ten minutes. Dealerships and apartment communities usually pick this one, because a parent standing at a bounce house is a parent who has time to talk.

Logistics on commercial property

We work lots all the time. Sandbag anchoring, tarp under everything, a sweep for glass and gravel before setup, and cones or fencing to keep the play zone away from moving cars. We will need to know your power situation up front, since a lot has fewer outlets than a backyard and we would rather bring what we need than find out on site.

Certificates of insurance naming your property manager or corporate entity are no problem. Ask when you book.

Pick your scale

A single inflatable and a game corner works for a slow Saturday. A full multi-zone setup with foam, the obstacle course and the bumper zone is what you want when you are advertising the event a month out and expecting hundreds of people.

What we usually recommend here

Carolina Ultimate Funraiser, from $1,795

A small carnival on your lot. Multiple zones so lines never stack up on one attraction.

  • Professional foam zone with a full run of our crew's time
  • The 42 foot Carolina Gauntlet obstacle course
  • Two more inflatables so the crowd splits across zones
  • Bumper car zone when the venue and surface qualify
  • Tables and chairs for concessions and check in
  • Delivery, setup, teardown and a full crew on site
  • Layout planning, flyer template, sponsor sheet and wristband plan

Questions we get on these

Can we charge admission on our own property?
That is between you and your local requirements, but yes, plenty of our commercial clients sell wristbands at a gate. We charge you a flat package price either way.
Do you handle staffing?
Yes. Every fundraiser and commercial package includes our crew running the attractions. Your team stays focused on customers.
How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks for a normal weekend, longer for October and the spring stretch from April to June. Those book out first.
Can you provide a W-9 and invoice on terms?
Yes, we invoice businesses and can provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance. Call or text us and we will get the paperwork moving the same day.
