Cancellation, refund, and weather policies

  • A $50 deposit holds your date and is non-refundable, though it transfers to any open date within 12 months.
  • The balance is due at least 24 hours before delivery.
  • Cancel free any time up to 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside 24 hours, or if we cannot complete setup on arrival, the deposit is kept.
  • If we cancel for weather or an equipment problem, you choose a full refund or a rescheduled date.
  • We do not operate inflatables in lightning, high winds, or severe-weather warnings. Safety decides weather calls.

Give $75 / Get $75. When a friend names you at booking, they get $75 off their booking and you get $75 off a future booking after their payment clears. Credits are good for 12 months.
