FAQs

Everything people ask before they book

If your question is not here, text or message us and we will answer it straight.

How long is the rental period?

A standard rental covers your event window on the day of delivery. Tell us your start and end time during booking and we schedule delivery and pickup around it. Additional hours can be added.

Do you deliver and set everything up?

Yes. Delivery, setup, anchoring, a safety walkthrough, and takedown are included. You do not need to move or inflate anything.

What surfaces can you set up on?

Level grass is ideal for inflatables. Concrete, asphalt, and indoor flooring work with sandbag anchoring. Bumper cars require a hard, level surface and cannot be set up on grass, gravel, or slopes.

What happens if it rains?

Safety comes first. If there is lightning or sustained high wind, we will work with you to reschedule. Our full weather policy is on the cancellation and weather page.

Is electricity required?

Yes. Each inflatable needs a standard 110V outlet within about 100 feet. The 42-foot obstacle course needs two separate circuits. Add a generator if there is no power at your location.

Is water required?

Only for wet rentals. Those need a standard garden spigot within about 50 feet. An extended hose is available as an add-on.

How much space is needed?

Plan for the unit footprint plus about five feet of clearance on every side and overhead clearance free of branches and power lines. Verified setup areas are listed on each product page as we confirm them.

Can equipment be set up at parks?

Yes, where the park allows it. Most parks require a permit and some require proof of coverage. Check with the park first and tell us what they need.

Do schools and churches need a custom quote?

Usually yes, because these events involve multiple units, longer hours, or specific paperwork. Use the quote request form and we will send a written quote.

When is the remaining balance due?

The booking retainer holds your date and the remaining balance is due before delivery. You can pay it from your customer portal.

How are the inflatables cleaned?

Every unit is cleaned and inspected after each rental before it goes back on the truck for the next event.

What ages can use the equipment?

Recommended ages are listed on each product page. Riders should be similar in size, and equipment with unconfirmed safety limits is not published until we verify it.

Are bumper cars allowed on grass?

No. The bumper arena requires concrete, asphalt, indoor flooring, or another hard, level surface. We review your surface before confirming.

Is an attendant required?

An attendant is optional for most private events and required for public events, schools, festivals, and high-attendance events using the bumper arena.

What happens if equipment is damaged?

Normal wear is expected. Damage from misuse or from ignoring the safety rules is covered in the damage policy, which you accept during booking.

Still have a question?

Tell us your date, location, and guest count and we will point you to the right setup.
