We’re Not Trying to Be the Biggest Party Rental Company

We deliver it. We set it up properly. We come back and pick it up. For our staffed experiences, we stay and run the attraction so the people hosting the event can actually enjoy it.

That part matters to me. I don’t want a church volunteer spending the entire family night operating equipment. I don’t want a daycare director worrying about how they’re going to manage Foam Day. I don’t want a parent standing outside fighting with a blower while everybody else is singing Happy Birthday.

You planned the celebration. You should get to be part of it too.

We made a deliberate decision to build this business around Swansea and the communities around us instead of trying to become another company advertising across half of South Carolina. We serve Swansea and nearby areas including Gaston, Pelion, North, St. Matthews, Sandy Run and surrounding communities.

There are plenty of large rental companies farther toward Columbia and Lexington. That isn’t what I’m trying to build. I want Carolina Celebration Rentals to become the company people around here know.

• The one somebody mentions when a parent asks who has the bumper cars.
• The one the daycare calls when they want Foam Day.
• The one a church remembers when VBS is coming up.
• The one a family calls because they don't want to piece their reunion together from three different vendors.

Local actually means something to us.

I’ve never understood making people send five messages just to find out what something costs. Our goal is to make booking straightforward. You should be able to look at our equipment, see what it costs, understand what is included and decide whether it works for your family or organization.

No mystery quote just because we think we can charge one customer more than another. Of course, larger school, church, community and custom events sometimes need a custom package. But for our everyday rentals, we want you to know what you’re looking at before you ever pick up the phone.

Those things shouldn’t be marketing points. They should be normal. But I also know how frustrating it is when they aren’t.

We carry $1 million in general liability coverage, professionally set up our equipment, and take the operational side of this business seriously. We’re building Carolina Celebration Rentals for the long term. That means protecting our equipment, protecting the people using it, respecting your property and respecting your time.

A party rental company is still a service business. The inflatable might be what gets photographed. The service is what determines whether you ever call us again.

I don’t want community involvement to mean writing one check at Christmas, taking a picture and calling it a year. That’s why we’re building Carolina Celebration Gives into what we do.

Your celebration helps create another one.

Every completed booking helps us put something back into celebrations for local children, families and youth organizations. As Carolina Celebration Rentals grows, that impact grows with it. Birthday boxes. Gifted celebrations. Support for local youth and community events.

Not because someone was asked to round up their total at checkout. Because we believe part of what we earn here should stay here. You booked the party. We do the giving.

We’re still growing. We’re adding equipment carefully instead of trying to fill a warehouse with things nobody asked for. We’re listening to parents, to churches, to daycare directors, schools and families. And we’re paying attention to what people around Swansea have trouble finding without calling somebody an hour away.

That’s why our lineup already goes beyond the standard bounce house. Professional FoamDaddy foam parties. Bumper cars brought to your event. A 42 foot obstacle challenge. Water fun. Complete event setups. And there’s more coming.

But the goal isn’t to have the longest inventory list. The goal is for you to finish your event and think: “That was easy. I’m calling them again.”

That’s the company we’re building.
