Plain terms for the reservation texts we send. Opting in is your choice, and one word ends it.

Texts are completely optional. Consent is not a condition of renting, booking or buying anything from Carolina Celebration Rentals. You can skip this form entirely and still book online, by phone or by email.

Message and data rates may apply. About 3 to 6 messages per reservation. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Declining texts does not affect your ability to use our services.

The short version

By checking the text-message box above or at checkout you agree to receive reservation texts from Carolina Celebration Rentals at the number you gave us. Consent is not a condition of renting anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

How you opt in

Text messages from Carolina Celebration Rentals are optional. You opt in by checking the box labeled "Yes, text me about my rental" in the sign-up form at the top of this page, or by checking the same box on our checkout form at carolinacelebrationrentals.com/book, or by texting us first from your own phone.

The box is never pre-checked, and you can complete a booking without it. If you skip it we will call or email you instead.

What we send

Only messages tied to your own reservation: booking confirmation, payment and balance receipts, waiver reminders, a delivery reminder the day before, weather and safety notices, and an occasional note when it is time to rebook the same unit.

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Message frequency

Roughly 3 to 6 messages per reservation. Frequency varies with how close your event is and whether a weather change affects delivery.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Carolina Celebration Rentals does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting that number immediately. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.

Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or reach a person directly using the phone number below.

Carrier notice

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed in all areas.
