• Clear the setup spotPick up sticks, toys, and pet messes. We need a level spot plus 5 feet of room on every side. Bumper cars need a flat, hard surface.
• Outlet within 100 feetA grounded outlet on a circuit that is not shared with heavy loads. Please no extension cords or generators of your own unless we approve them first.
• A clear path inGates unlocked, the driveway open for our truck, and pets inside while we set up. Someone needs to be home when we arrive.
• One grown-up per unitPick the adult who will watch each rental the whole time. We walk them through the rules at handoff.
• House rulesNo shoes, food, or drinks on the units. No pets, smoking, grills, fire pits, or open flame within 15 feet.
• Know the wind ruleIf wind tops 15 mph, the blower stops, or you hear thunder: everyone out, blower off, and call or text us.

The 15 mph rule

We watch the forecast for your date. If wind or storms move in, everyone hops off, the blower goes off, and you call or text us. If we call it off for weather, you pick a full refund or a new date.
