The math most organizers miss

Say your package is $1,400. You sell three attraction sponsors at $400 each. That is $1,200 in the account before a single family walks through the gate, which means almost every wristband you sell that night is straight fundraiser profit.

Ask six businesses. Three usually say yes, and the ones that say no this year often ask to be called first next year.
