The math most organizers miss

A Carolina Family Fun Night starts at $1,295. Add the $495 Fundraiser Builder and the working cost is $1,790. One $750 presenting sponsor plus three $350 attraction-zone sponsors would total $1,800.

That is an example target, not a guarantee. Do not spend against sponsor money until a sponsor has committed. Your organization approves and sends every request and receives all funds directly; Carolina Celebration Rentals charges fixed event and planning fees.
