Six weeks out: pick the date and the price
Friday evening beats Saturday for school crowds. Saturday afternoon beats Friday for church and neighborhood crowds. Avoid home game nights and the weekend of any big county event.
Set one unlimited play wristband price. Do not sell tickets per attraction. Tickets slow every line down, they need volunteers at every unit, and they cap what a family will spend. A wristband gets decided once at the gate.
- Presale $15, at the door $20 for a standard night
- Presale $20, at the door $25 when foam and bumper cars are both on the field
- Adults free, which keeps the gate line moving and sells more concessions
Four weeks out: presell and line up sponsors
Presales do two jobs. They bring money in before you owe us anything, and they tell you what attendance is going to look like while there is still time to promote harder.
Send the sponsor email to five or six local businesses. Realtors, dentists, HVAC companies, insurance agents and restaurants say yes most often. Three sponsors usually cover the attraction cost outright.
Night of: how the flow works
Wristband table at the entrance. Concessions right past it so people walk by food with money already out. Attractions spread out so lines do not braid together. Seating in the middle where parents can see everything.
Our crew runs every attraction, keeps riders sorted by size, and calls the weather. Your people run the gate and the food. That split is why these nights do not burn out volunteers.
What the night can clear
At a $1,295 package and a $20 wristband, 65 bands break you even. 150 bands puts roughly $1,700 in the account before concessions. 250 bands puts roughly $3,700 in it.
Use the profit planner on our fundraiser page to run your own numbers with your real attendance guess.
