Fall festival, trunk or treat, or a plain family night
The three biggest church nights we run all use the same bones. A fall festival wants attractions spread around the trunk or treat lanes so families flow past every car. A trunk or treat wants attractions at the far end so people walk the whole loop. A family night wants everything close together so parents can see all their kids at once.
Tell us which one you are running and we will draw the layout that way instead of dropping units wherever the truck stops.
VBS week closeouts
Closing night of Bible school is the highest attendance night of your church year and the easiest one to invite neighbors to. Foam plus the Gauntlet is our most requested VBS closeout because it works for the whole age range at once and it photographs well for next year's promotion.
Book VBS weeks early. Late June and early July fill first around here.
Fellowship hall and gym surfaces
Indoor works. We anchor with sandbags, put down protective tarp, and check your ceiling height before we commit to a unit. Foam stays outside on grass or on a lot with a drain, never on a finished floor.
- Fellowship hall: toddler units, games and the smaller combos fit most halls.
- Gym: the tall units usually clear a gym ceiling, but send us the height and we will confirm.
- Grass beside the sanctuary: the full setup including foam and the 42 foot course.
- Paved lot: bumper cars, games and sandbagged inflatables.
Paying for it without asking the church budget
Three attraction sponsors at $400 to $500 each cover most of a package before a single family arrives. Local businesses say yes to church festivals more often than people expect, because the sign sits in front of hundreds of neighbors for a whole evening.
