Cancellation, refund, and weather policies

  • A $50 deposit holds your date and is non-refundable, though it transfers to any open date within 12 months.
  • The balance is due up to 2 hours before delivery.
  • Cancel free any time up to 24 hours before your delivery window. Inside 24 hours, or if we cannot complete setup on arrival, the deposit is kept.
  • If we cancel for weather or an equipment problem, you choose a full refund or a rescheduled date.
  • We do not operate in lightning, severe-weather warnings, or sustained winds above 15 mph.

Free delivery covers 25 driving miles from Swansea 29160, which generally includes Swansea, Gaston, Pelion, North, Wagener and St. Matthews, plus many nearby Orangeburg-area addresses. Some Orangeburg addresses fall past 25 miles and land in the flat $50 zone. Past 45 miles and out to 100 miles we book by custom quote with a $750 rental minimum, and the fee is not waived. Your exact delivery charge is confirmed using the event address before checkout.

Can I book online without calling?
Yes. The calendar shows real availability, and paying the $50 deposit confirms the date instantly with a confirmation number. Call or text (864) 266-0658 only if you want help picking a unit.
What happens if it rains on my event day?
Inflatables must be shut down when sustained winds top 15 mph or when thunderstorms move in. If weather makes the setup unsafe we reschedule to another open date rather than run the unit.
Do you set up the inflatable, or do I?
Our crew delivers, sets up, anchors with stakes or sandbags depending on your surface, runs the safety walkthrough with the adult in charge, and comes back for teardown. Setup is included in the price.
What do I need to have ready before delivery?
A level space clear of sticks, rocks, and pet mess, a gate or path wide enough for the unit, and a grounded outdoor outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot. Water units also need a garden hose hookup.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Klarna is available at checkout alongside card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, so the balance can be split instead of paid all at once.
