Soft play mats need a hard, level surface, so grass is not a fit for the play zone. A garage, carport, patio slab, or indoor floor works. If pavement is not an option, we would rather put a bounce combo on your grass and be straight with you about it.

Pelion has plenty of yard and not much pavement, which matters more for soft play than it does for a bounce house. Mats and a ball pit need a hard, level, clean surface. How we clean it, every single time

Soft play lives or dies on hygiene. Here is our whole process, written out, so you can hold us to it.

1Every ball comes out of the pit and gets washed in mesh bags, then air dried before it goes back in.
2Mats, climbers, tunnel, and fence panels are wiped down with a child-safe disinfectant and left to dwell the full contact time.
3The bounce house is scrubbed, dried, and inspected for seams and stitching before it rolls back into the trailer.
4Everything is stored in sealed totes, not loose in a truck bed, so it arrives at your house as clean as it left ours.
5Our crew sets up in clean gloves and does a final wipe on site once the zone is laid out.

What we need from you

None of this is buried in a contract. If your spot will not work we will tell you on the phone and put something else in the yard instead.

Ages 1 to 5. Older siblings are welcome to help, not to climb.
Socks on, shoes off, inside the play zone.
No food, drinks, gum, or face paint inside the fence.
An adult stays with the zone the whole time. Our attendant helps, but does not replace you.
Hard, level, clean, dry surface required. Garage, driveway, carport, patio, fellowship hall, or indoor floor.
Outdoors, we need shade or a covered area. Direct summer sun on white vinyl gets hot fast.
