A hosted craft party in Columbia
Carolina Celebration Rentals brings the Mobile Squishy Bar to Columbia. Children decorate their own squishy, give it a name and take it home in a box with an adoption tag. We host the activity, so the person organizing the celebration does not also have to lead the craft.
The same experience can suit a home birthday, a classroom reward or a church children's gathering. The room, headcount and ages still matter. A small seated party and a busy open festival are different events, so tell us which one you are planning.
Start with the children who will participate
Make a list of the children joining the activity before choosing a package. Include siblings or guests you want to take part. For a classroom, check the actual participating headcount with the teacher rather than assuming a birthday-sized package will cover the class.
If your group is larger than the listed packages, ask for a written quote. Do not treat the session as unlimited attendance. A clear guest list helps you compare the cost and gives each participating child a place in the plan.

Plan the room with your organizer
A classroom or fellowship hall can provide a familiar seated setting. Ask the school or church organizer to confirm that a hosted decorating activity is permitted, and share the room access and table arrangements with us.
For a Columbia venue booking, the venue decides its own rules. We do not claim to be an approved vendor for a particular school, district or church unless that has been confirmed for your event.

A keepsake, not another favor to organize
Each child leaves with the squishy they decorated and named. The adoption tag and box make it easy to keep creations with their owners. For a group celebration, that can replace a separate craft favor rather than adding another project for the organizer.
Keep any group photos and name-sharing choices with the school or church's own permission process. Children can enjoy the activity without their names or pictures becoming public promotion.
School purchase orders and paperwork
Schools can request an itemized quote and ask about district purchase orders. Use the quote flow for a PO-funded event rather than paying a personal booking deposit and hoping to change it later.
We can discuss a W-9 and venue paperwork. Insurance certificates and additional-insured requests need confirmation for your event. Approved district POs use Net 30 after the event. Your school or district decides which vendor documents and approvals it requires.
Choose the right next step
For a private Columbia party, choose an available date online with at least three days' notice. A $50 deposit holds your booking and the balance is due 24 hours before delivery.
